Recruitment process

Qualifying Criteria

Front office (Duration: 12 months)

Minimum undergraduate;
Especially Quants, PPE (Philosophy, Politics and Economics), Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Economics/Econometrics, Artificial Intelligence, BCom Industrial Psychology.
Maximum one year post qualification.

Risk (Duration: 18 months)

Minimum Honours BCom or BSc.
You must have studied accounting, finance, statistics or economics.
Maximum one year post qualification.

Channel (Duration: 12 months)

Minimum undergraduate;
Quantitative Modelling / Analytics, Commerce (Accounting / Business Management with Certified Financial Planner certification), Human Behavioral Psychology, Agriculture
Maximum one year post qualification.
