Toyota invites applications for their 2017 Graduate Programme.

Toyota invites applications for their 2017 Graduate Programme, a flagship human capital initiative aimed at fulfilling the future leadership needs of the company.

The programme exposes graduates to global best practices in the world of vehicle manufacturing, an opportunity to work in multidisciplinary teams, lead projects, while ensuring that Toyota’s role in society preserves our environment for future generations.

The Toyota Graduate Programme is a structured programme, where Individual Development Plans (IDP’s) are put into place.

The programme comprises of initial training and orientation as well as leadership training.

Based in Sandton & Durban, the successful graduates will be are granted an opportunity to rotate into different business operations.

They will be expected to lead their scheduled training and performance, through attending the classroom based training, participating in rotational training within their own groups/divisions and contribute to the groups/divisions on-going projects.

Graduates who are creative, analytical, who enjoy being challenged, identify themselves as pioneers that have the ability to drive and lead progress and possess excellent academic achievements are invited to apply for opportunities in the following targeted disciplines:

  • Engineering [Chemical / Electrical / Industrial /Mechanical / Mechatronics]

Requirements

Candidates must have a relevant BComm, BTech, BSc or BEng qualification in the above-mentioned fields of study
