• Maintains and grows value of existing key accounts.
• Leads the account strategy for identified accounts.
• Operates on behalf of OM group by facilitating service delivery between lines of business.
• Ensures service delivery is proactively monitored.
• Grows new business volumes and profitability from identified key accounts.
• Identifies new business opportunities
• Individually accountable for others¿ time, tasks and output quality, over periods of three months to a year.
• Balances own priorities with directing and motivating others.
• Plans & assigns work over periods of three months to a year.
• Guides and directs staff to achieve operational excellence standards.
• Creates a climate for optimal performance.
• Manages performance.
• Selects potential staff to sustain customer/ client service delivery
