Our Customer Marketing Manager is in search for an energetic, enthusiastic Marketing graduate to perform the following duties during the 6-month period at our Support Centre based in Kuilsriver.

As part of this team, you will be responsible for attracting customers to our stores through creative advertising and marketing strategies and initiatives.

Our diverse marketing team consists of Advertising, Customer Relations, Research & Insights, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing and Social Media.

The Marketing team comprises of creative and dynamic individuals all working together to promote our brand and products through all available channels and in all available formats.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduates – ND: Marketing

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

•Written and Verbal communication
•Ability to speak isiXhosa and Sotho
•Eagerness to learn and Innovative

Key Responsibilities

•Administering competitions, including informing winners and dispatching prizes
•Setting up and executing campaigns and vouchers in our loyalty and SMS dispatch systems
•Administering rewards cards, including ordering
•Dealing with customer queries around prizes, stock availability and other basic queries
•Needs to be able to speak either isiXhosa or Sotho to deal with customers who cannot speak
English.
