SALARY : R123 738 – R145758 per annum (Plus benefits)
CENTRE : Port Alfred Hospital

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 certificate or equivalent with 2 – 5 years’ experience in the Public Sector OR a Diploma in Public Administration with 0 – 2 years’ experience in the Public Sector. Organisational, communication, effectiveness. Computer literacy and willing to work under pressure.

DUTIES : Provision of Out Patient Services. Implement PMDS. Implement system, policies and protocols. Training and development of OPD staff. Supervision of sub-ordinates.

2. ADMIN CLERK L5 REF NO: AC/AVH/03/2015
SALARY : R123 738 – R145758 per annum (Plus benefits)
CENTRE : Andries Vosloo Hospital

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 certificate. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in rendering a support service to a CEO. Provide administration duties. Language skills and the ability to communicate well with people at different levels and from different backgrounds. Good telephone etiquette, computer literacy, sound organisational skills, people skills and a high level of reliability. Written communication skills. Ability to act with tact and discretion. Ability to research and analyse documents. Good grooming and Presentable. Knowledge of relevant legislation/policies/prescripts and procedures. Secretarial qualification will serve as an added advantage.

DUTIES : Provide secretarial/receptionist support service to the senior manager. Render administrative support services, provide support to the senior manager with regard to meetings and diary management. Typing of letters, memos, send and retrieve emails, prepare meetings, take minutes and compile reports for the CEO. Keep abreast with the relevant Public Service and departmental Prescripts.
