ADMINISTRATION CLERK
SALARY : R123 738 per annum, Level 5
CENTRE : Head Office
REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 certificate coupled with 1 & 2 years’ experience PLUS the following
key competencies: Knowledge of: Minutes and submission capturing. Generic
administration procedures to work. Planning and organising. Report writing and procurement procedures. Information gathering. Skills: Computer both hard and software. Ability to perform routine tasks. Discipline and interpersonal relations.
Communication: Written and verbal communication Creativity: Ability to be
creative in performing work. Ability to be creative in problem solving.

 

DUTIES : Draft and submit chief directorate for approval by relevant officials. Compile files
and correspondence for Directors meetings. Draft memos/submission on behalf
of Directors as when required. Arrange logistics related requirements for Director
Meetings. Process application for petty cash for Directors refreshments. Attend
travelling and accommodation needs for Directors. Record, organize, store,
capture and retrieve correspondence and data. Track submission, deliveries and
correspondence for Directors. Order stationery for Directors. Handle routine
enquiries on behalf of Directors. Make photocopies/ receive facsimiles on behalf
of Directors. Distribute documents/packages to various stakeholders on behalf of
them. Keep and maintain filing system for Directors. Keep and maintain
correspondence and register on behalf of Directors Perform any tasks as when
required by Directors
