5. SENIOR ADMIN CLERK: PROCUREMENT REF NO: 05/07/14
SALARY : R123 738 per annum
CENTRE : Tshwane South College for TVET (Head Office)

REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate with Computer Literacy in MS Office software; Tertiary
qualification will be an added advantage; Good interpersonal and
communication (verbal and written) skills; Good planning and organizing skills;
Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines. Consistently
displays high character and a strong work ethic. Maintain high level of
professionalism

DUTIES : Capture and distribute all requisitions as and when received from campuses as
well as Head Office; Filing, laminating, faxing, photocopying, telephone
answering & transferring of calls to relevant personnel; Ensure that the College
procurement procedures are adhered to at all times; Ensure that suppliers
submit required documents per requisition; Coordinating of tender briefing
sessions; Monthly reporting of all procurement related activities to the line
manager; Perform procurement related responsibilities and duties that may be
assigned from time to time.

6. SENIOR ADMIN OFFICER: HR REF NO: 08/01/14
SALARY : R227 802 per annum
CENTRE : Tshwane South College for TVET (Head Office)

REQUIREMENTS : A three-year diploma/degree or equivalent qualifications plus 2-5 years’
experience in Human Resources and Employee Wellness is an added
advantage, Advanced computer literacy and knowledge of VIP system.
Knowledge of appropriate legislative frameworks, including the FETC Act,
Employment Equity Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Public Service Act,
etc. Good interpersonal relationship. Be in a position to work under pressure
and meet deadlines. Effective communications skills (verbal and written).
Research and report writing skills

DUTIES : Maintain confidentiality. Adhere to Batho Pele principles. Work as a team.
Manage HR Provisioning (recruitment and selection, condition of services and
wellness coordinator. Responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring a
comprehensive employee wellness programme for the College. Ensure that the
procedures comply with all the Acts applicable to HR in the Public Service, i.e.
Public Service Regulations and the Public Service Act; Establish prevention, care
and support programmes as well as referral sources (Case Management; Ensure
effective and confidential record-keeping and data management Prepare reports
on human resource administration issues and statistics. Handle human
resources administration enquiries. Manage human resources staff. Allocate and
ensure quality of work. Personnel development. Assess staff performance.
