ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: ACCESS TO INFORMATON AND RECORD:
REF NO: 14/277/AIR
SALARY : R183 438 – R216 084 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to
sign a performance agreement.
CENTRE : National Office: Pretoria
REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification; At least 1 year
experience in government administration; Knowledge of Human Resource and
financial management; Knowledge in Public Finance Management Act (PFMA),
procurement systems and process; A valid driver’s license; Skills and
Competencies: Strong communication (written and verbal) skills; Liaison and
general office management skills; Good interpersonal skills; Computer literacy
(MS Word, Excel ,PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet); Accuracy and attention to
detail;
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Perform general administration functions in the
Directorate; Facilitate the processing of subsistence and travel advances and
claims; Oversee provisioning and procurement of the Directorate; Co-ordinate
Human Resource function of the Directorate; Handle and respond to the general
enquiries.
