SALARY SCALE R115 212 – R135 714p.a. (plus competitive benefits)
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification plus 0-2 years administrative
experience. Computer literacy. Patient administration experience in a hospital environment. Experience in
Delta 9 will be an added advantage.
DUTIES
To render administration services. Provide administrative support
services task. Capture and update data on computer. Draft routine correspondence (type documents). Receive,
acknowledge and process employee benefits. Capture routines transaction on computer such as transfer of
information from manual records to electronic documents. Handle routine procurement matters such as
completion of VA2 forms for procuring of standard items. Compile routine administrative work statistics.
Provide routine and maintenance service. Continuous updating of information on computer for reporting
purposes.
