ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT REF NO: DPSA/001
Chief Directorate: Service Delivery Support Programmes And Service Centre
SALARY : R123 738 per annum (Level 5). Annual progression up to maximum salary of R145
758 per annum is possible subject to satisfactory performance.
CENTRE : Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS : A Senior Certificate/ Matric or equivalent qualification. Experience in General
Administration and Office services will be an advantage. Prior Learning either by
means of experience or alternative courses will serve as an advantage. Skills and
Competencies: Computer literacy, Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive
documents in terms of MISS. Good communication skills (verbal and written).

DUTIES : Provide Administrative support to the Directorate. Maintain in house documents in
accordance with existing practices. Process payments after authorization. Ensure
smooth inflow and outflow of documents. Maintain sound filling systems. Provide
excellent customer services. Ensure the implementation of internal controls as
deemed necessary.
