1. ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK 2 POSTS REF NO: 05140
Directorate: Administration
SALARY : R123 738 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : SG Lourens Nursing College

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. At least 2 years working
experience. Strong office management skills. Good written and verbal
communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Good telephone etiquette.
Ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and to
maintain a high professional image of the College. Willingness to work under
pressure and meet deadlines, and beyond normal working hours. Ability to pay
attention to detail and possess a good work ethic. Computer literacy in MS
Word, PowerPoint, Excel and intranet. Must have a valid code 8 drivers licence.
Language proficiency: English.

DUTIES : Execute daily office record keeping, filing and retrieval of student’s records, and
other related documents. Safekeeping of files and documents in terms of the
Archives Act. Perform daily administrative tasks. Assist with students
registration, and actively assist during the selection process. Filing and retrieving
of documents. Gather information to prepare statistics. Promote the mission of
the College by serving on Committees and participate in meetings and activities.
Be able to work under pressure and in a team and any other administrative task
activities.

2. ADMINISTRATION CLERK (PATIENT ADMINISTRATION AND FMU)
Directorate: FMU
SALARY : R123 738 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Tshwane Rehabilitation Hospital

REQUIREMENTS : Grade12 or equivalent qualifications. Good communication and interpersonal
skills (verbal and written). Able to work under pressure. Six months to 1 year
experience in Facility Management unit. Must be able to work in a team,
committed, loyal respect and good customer care attitude. Must be punctual and
eager to work extra hours.

DUTIES : Registering patients, billing, retrieving of patients files. Auditing of building.
Attending day to day maintenance, ensure OHS compliance. Attending to works
orders, fixing minor maintenance, attending to emergencies. Reporting to
management and other related work requested by the supervisor.
