ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT 2 POSTS REF NO: 2015/299 Administration

SALARY : R132 399 per annum (Excluding Benefits) (Level 5)

CENTRE : Pretoria: Head Office

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent. Strong interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy (MS packages).

DUTIES : Provide administrative and specialized procurement support to the NPA. Capturing and processing of invoices/request on LOGIS system and invoice/ordering tracking system. Attend to queries (internal and external) relating to invoices and supplier payments.

Compile weekly reports for all received and processed invoices. Provide administrative procurement support to all stakeholders. Expediting of Government orders.

Receive and file authorized purchase orders in the 0 – 9 file system. Liaise with suppliers and business units regarding deliverables.

Receive invoices from business unit as well as suppliers. Check and distribute the invoices Ensure compliance to PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and internal prescripts
