REQUIREMENTS : Degree/ National Diploma qualification in Human Resource Management/ Public
Administration with 2-5 years’ experience in human resource management/
auxiliary environment or Grade 12 with more than 10 years’ experience.
Knowledge of recruitment, service benefits and conditions, performance
management and human resource development legislation framework, process,
procedures and systems. Knowledge of systems and procedures governing
records and fleet management and general support services in the Department. A
valid driver’s licence. Skills and Competencies Must have good communications,
people management, report writing, coordination, planning and organizing skills.

DUTIES : Manage human resource administration, training and development, performance
management and recruitment functions. Manage switchboard, reception, fleet
management, records management functions and general support services.
Manage Auxiliary Services and maintenance of all assets Supervise staff,
development, leave plans and training needs. Monitor submission of monthly
reports. Develop and implement relevant internal control systems

CARE CENTRE X1
SALARY : R 243 747 per annum (plus benefits)

REQUIREMENTS : Degree/National Diploma qualification in Finance/Supply Chain
Management/Logistics with 2-5 years’ experience in the Finance and Supply
Chain Management environment or Grade 12 with more than 10 years
experience. Knowledge and understanding of SCM prescripts i.e. Treasury
Regulations, PFMA, etc. Knowledge of procedures and processes regulating
asset management function in the public services. A valid driver’s licence. Skills
and Competencies must have good communication, numerical, planning,
organizing, computer literacy

DUTIES : Capture inputs and changes to budget requirements and allocations. Prepare
expenditure reports. Assist in the development of asset assets. Supervise the
administrative process for requisitions and payment of goods and services. Assist in the development of specification for required outsourced services and monitor
service providers in the delivery of such services.
