Skills Required:
Relevant computer skills MS Office & SAP R/3 is essential
Working knowledge of payroll financial systems and processes
Basic report writing skills
Analytical with attention to detail
Basic auditing skills
Able to work according to set procedure and policies

Position Summary:
The ADMINISRTATOR PAYROLL is accountable for the maintenance and
processing of all payroll and financial data relating to leave
processes, administrating the separation of discharged employees and
salary maintenance to support the overall function of the transaction
centre.
At least 3 years experience within an administrative environment,
preferable working with Payroll systems.

Job Requirements:
Capture and filing of leave forms.
Receive separation documentation and administer separations on the system.
Capture cash advances on system and calculate ad-hoc advance amounts.
Upload salary increase LSMW worksheets in SAP
Filing of all relevant documentation.
Execute test processes.
Adherence to standards, polices and procedures.
Determine whether changes affect organizational data and notify HC.
Maintenance of data and information.
Correct salary related errors.
Investigate anomalies relating to payroll queries.
Distribute leave payslips to Time Management.
Receival and resolution or escalation of payroll related queries.
Liaise with business stakeholders to obtain and share data and information.
Maintain healthy relationships with all stakeholders.
Draw report of captured leave.
Perform live runs.
Run simulation payslips for verification.
Identification of anomalies and discrepancies.
