Manage and develop credit decisioning functionality
Job Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION
B Com (Info) or equivalent
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
3 -4 year Credit experience.
5 – 10 years Software development and managing experience
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES
Understanding an ability of delivering technical solutions
BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES
Must be able to manage projects and communicate across the business
KEY RESULT AREAS
Credit Decisioning
Delivering an integrated single decision engine and Data Access Layer that will promote a SOA architecture for the African Bank Credit and Ellerines Credit environment
Customer and Account Management
Deliver a Decision environment that also caters for customer management and account management.
Business Case Realisation
Deliver project cost savings as estimated by the approve business case for Project CAPRI
Future business growth
Managing credit process enhancements to facilitate business growth
Management of resources (people and budgets)
Manage and develop subordinates
Performance management
Training and development
Employee relations
Manage people efficiencies through leave management
Take appropriate disciplinary measures for any insubordination by staff
Select and apply most appropriate tools to achieve function delivery
