African Bank Investments Limited (ABIL) is a bank-controlling company, which operates businesses within Republic of South Africa, Zambia, Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia and Swaziland. The two areas, in which the Company operates, include underwriting of unsecured credit risk, through the provision of personal loans, and the retailing of furniture and appliances within and outside South Africa.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business process, policies and information systems.
To understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enables the organisation to achieve its goals

MINIMUM EDUCATION
Tertiary qualification preferable a Degree in Business Informatics or Engineering or Finance or IT

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
1 year working with a Business and or Systems Analyst and must have participated in more than one software development project
Preferably in a Banking industry with a working knowledge of collections activities, processes and strategies.
