• Support managers in meeting their objectives by providing effective support and creative HR solutions.
• Lead HR initiatives that will address key business drivers.

• Implement talent sourcing and retention relevant to airport needs
• Ensure all recruitment is in line with best practice, processes, assessments and ACSA board approved Employment Equity (EE) targets.
• The candidate must be in possession of an appropriate tertiary qualification coupled with at least 5 years Human Resources Generalist experience.
• The successful candidate will display proven experience in managing HR projects, workforce planning & resourcing, process reengineering, OD; change management.
• Experience in working in a unionized environment is an added advantage.
• Head Count Budgeting is essential. It is imperative that the candidate has a good understanding of what enhances human performance as well as strong partnering skill.
• Intermediate working knowledge of the various applications within Microsoft Office is required
• The candidate must be customer focused and have excellent abilities in managing and measuring work.
• The ideal candidate must have strong planning skills coupled with good business acumen. He/she must be able to work independently as well as communicate well with higher management.
• The candidate must possess good written and presentation skills.
