Job description

Support Harmony Gold on Atlas Copco equipment

Underground and Site visits

Conduct regular audits on all Atlas Copco equipment

Follow-up (expediting) of audits and orders

Fault Finding and trouble shooting Technical assistance and coaching of Customer technicians

Assess Technician and operator practices and submit reports

Conduct operator and maintenance training as and when required

Service schedules for all vehicles in your area in cooperation with the planner

Build strong relationships with our customers

Participate and initiate ongoing Productivity and efficiency improvement projects with Atlas Copco working environment

Communications within different departments

Assist Workshop with compiling of quotes for repair and rebuild work

Enforce and practice Atlas Copco procedures and policies as described in “The way we do thing”Total Atlas Copco Product support regarding Maintenance and Performance functions

Training and coaching of Customer service techniciansPre-delivery service, some in workshop and on siteCommissioning of equipment – surface and underground

CommunicationReports on all Atlas Copco machines within area of responsibility
