Intern – Human Resources (Sandton)
This position has been created to assist a person who either needs HR work experience in order to
graduate or who has graduated within the field of Human Resources within the previous 12-18 months
This is a fixed period contract position of maximum 12 months

OUTPUTS

 Basic / entry level HR administration
 Creation and management of Expat contracts
 Process work permits and visas
 Report writing
 General HR duties as specified from time to time

REQUIREMENTS OF CANDIDATES
 Minimum qualification – recognized HR Diploma / Degree
 Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook
 Willingness to contribute and to learn
 Self starter
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Excellent report writing skills
 Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
 Flexibility and ability to adapt well to work environment
