BMW: Customer Relations Officer

A BMW ARC in Randburg is recruiting to fulfil the role of a Customer Relations Consultant who will be responsible to establish and maintain dealership customer relationship activities to ensure increased existing customer loyalty and attract conquest customers.

Minimum Requirements

Senior Certificate (Grade 12)

Tertiary qualification in business commerce and/or marketing would be advantageous

A minimum of two years Customer Relationship experience within a motor industry dealership.

Computer literacy in Office Suite

Job Specification

Coordinate dealership customer communications

Coordinate marketing initiatives and events

Coordinate potential sales opportunities across  dealership departments

Maintain accurate customer database

Improve dealership customer experience

Responsible for attending  relevant BMW SA training courses and self-development and ensure an understanding of vehicle evaluations
