• Good academic average.
• Less than 2 years work experience.
• Computer literacy.

Your perfect start: as a Graduate Trainee with the BMW Group. BMW South Africa offers motivated graduates within the Commerce, Engineering and Information Technology, Finance and Business Management disciplines the opportunity to join the company on a 24-month fixed term placement. If you like working in teams and are prepared to take on responsibility, there are attractive tasks and individual assignments waiting for you. Your personal mentor, an experienced manager, will be on hand to support you in finding a professional direction that is right for you and will guide you to develop your individual strengths.
