A BMW dealership in Mafikeng is sourcing for a dynamic Service Manager to manage an organised and profitable service department. The succesful incumbent will be responsible for delivering high quality service and will focus on customer satisfaction, as well as take responsibility for mentoring and leading all departmental staff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Qualified Motor Technician (A – certification) would be beneficial
A minimum of 10 years experience within the service department of a motor dealership environment, with at least 5 years at a Service Manger level.
Computer literacy in Office Suite
Drivers license
ADVANTAGEOUS REQUIREMENTS
Management diploma
An effective understanding of financial budgeting principals
An effective understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. 1993
