Job Specification

1. Manage projects such as Mystery Shopping and Customer Focus Groups, from briefing suppliers to the purchasing process.
2. Oversee the S-CSI/S-MSI/CCSI reporting.
3. Analyse and prepare presentations for all research and any other projects or initiatives.
4. Co-ordinate the Customers for Life Workshops, from sourcing suppliers to the purchasing process and actually managing the entire event process.
5. Assisting with any other departmental initiatives that may occur from time to time.
6. Handle Dealer queries related to the above topics in a professional manner.
