BMW South Africa Recruits Sales Manager

A BMW dealership in Pretoria is recruiting for the position of a Sales Manager within their sales division. The successful incumbent will be responsible to manage an organised and profitable used vehicle department with maximum customer satisfaction.

In addition, the individual will be responsible for mentoring and leading the used car sales executives to optimal performance levels.

 

Minimum Requirements

Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Tertiary qualification in business commerce, sales and/or marketing would be advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years managerial experience within a sales vehicle division of a large team and sizeable stock holding motor dealership environment

Computer literacy in Office suite

BMW specific systems knowledge, (i.e. Oasis, Focus Pro,) would be advantageous
People orientated and target driven
Inspirational Leader

 

Job Specification

Conducting weekly sales meeting
Compiling productivity and sales reports

Creating marketing awareness for the sales department and dealership

Managing all vehicle sales debt collection

Responsible for departmental budget (in collaboration with Finance department)

Responsible for attending relevant BMW SA training courses and self-development and ensuring an understanding of vehicle evaluations

Managing training of all sales executives

Attracting, retaining, appraising and developing staff
