Branch Manager – Centurion Mall

Minimum Requirements:
2 years experience in a similar role in financial / Retail / Sales environment
Strong retail & client service experience
Grade 12
Preferably a relevant tertiary qualification
Valid Driver’s Licence
Successfully complete bank’s inhouse job specific assessments

Duties include (but are not limited to):
Build, develop and motivate high performing sales team
Drive sales strategies and implementation thereof
Budget control and cost management
Branch balance sheet and profitability growth
Risk analysis & interpretation
