Applications are open and we invite candidates to apply for a Financial Service Administrator (12 month) store-based NQF 3 learnership project which is due to commence in November 2013.
This is a project aimed at giving an opportunity to Unemployed Women who are African, Coloured or Indian in terms of supporting transformation in our own organisation as well as what is articulated in the BBBEE Act, Section 9(5): Code of Good Practice on Skills Development regarding Historically Disadvantaged Groups.
Successful applicants will:
Be currently unemployed (i.e. not employed in any capacity (perm or non-permanent), in any company)
Have a minimum Grade 12/Matric qualification
Be passionate about customer service
Have excellent communication skills
Be highly articulate in English
Be able to work store trading hours
Have sales ability
Be assertive and able to approach customers confidently
Have the commitment to complete all the academic requirements of a learnership programme
Receive a monthly Learnership Salary

BUILDERS WAREHOUSE: Fourways, Edenvale, Bedworthpark, Gleneagles, Northriding, Rivonia, Strubensvalley, Boksburg, Centurion, Polokwane, Kempton Park, Zambezi
BUILDERS TRADE DEPOT: Pretoria Gardens, Polokwane, Witbank
BUILDERS EXPRESS: Robindale
BUILDRITE: Evaton, Thembisa
