SALARY : R148 584 per annum
CENTRE : Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS : Applicants must be in possession of a National diploma in Human Resources
Management/Development and relevant experience in the administration of
bursary schemes. Knowledge of filing systems and databases. Computer skills in
MS Office software. Accuracy, interpersonal relations, communication, problem
solving, creative thinking, time management, typing, planning and organising
skills.

DUTIES : The incumbent will be responsible for the administration of the internal Bursary
Scheme for Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF). Perform
takeovers of student loans of DAFF personnel. Process new bursary applications.
File student information and liaise with the Directorate: Financial Services with
regards to payments and takeovers. Handle administration of existing bursary
holders, including resignations, transfers, termination of bursaries and recovery of
debt. Update/Maintain a database and file new student information. Supply
statistics for weekly/monthly and annual reporting. Compile monthly and quarterly
reports on bursary holders. Audit bursary files. Handle bursary related enquiries
(telephonic, email, personal visits, etc.).
