We are currently hiring African Market Specialists.
Ideal candidates must have business sales experience including both inside and outside sales. We are currently looking for African Market Specialists who would like to work for Polish or foreign companies. We are looking for people who want to work in areas of Africa or other countries.
Business Development Manager
tasks on this position will include:
1. develop a strategy for the sale of mobile phones, tablets, consumer electronics market in South Africa – in particular in South Africa (market research, sales development paths, to know the legal regulations, logistics, development of commercial materials and promotion);
2. Support sales of the commercial offer of the employer on the market in South Africa – in South Africa (finalization of the sales process, logistics, process control, oversee and maintain the circulation of
documents);
3. implementation of marketing and promotional activities; (Search for information related to environmental events and industry in order to participate in the course (conferences, fairs, events);
4. build new business relationships and strengthen positive relations with existing partners;
5. active cooperation with the company headquarters;
6. motivate subordinate staff team;
7. build and consolidate the brand awareness of the employer on the market of South Africa – South Africa;
Requirements:
1. Very good knowledge English (at least C1/C2)
– Knowledge of the Polish language would be an advantage, further knowledge of French or Arabic;
2. experience in B2B sales – at least 2 years,
– preferable experience in international trade a minimum of one year.
– Experience in distribution – sales of mobile phones, tablets or electronics use would be an advantage.

3. Education min. medium, preferably higher (economics, management, international trade)
– Postgraduate or MBA will be an advantage.
4. ability to independently perform tasks and make responsible decisions;
5. applicable in the tasks of quality European standards;
6. highly developed organizational skills, negotiation and presentation;
7. full availability in relation to the ongoing and planned;
Except for the above – a person on this position should be characterized by:
– Mode of action directed at achieving goals;
– A very good organization of working time;
– High personal culture in return for your commitment we offer:
1. Work contract (3 month trial) and then permonent work contract
2. Fixed salary and commission – the opportunity to participate in the profits of the company
3. the necessary tools (laptop, phone, company car – after the trial period)
4. implementing training
5. the ability to self-organization your working time
6. work in a dynamically developing international company
