The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Ensuring that customer calls are answered and handled as per the customer contact center process.
Accurately recording of all required information onto the relevant system.
Processing quotes for Readymix and Aggregate as per customer contact center process.
Creating orders in AES.
Ensuring orders are scheduled for delivery timeously to meet customers’ requirements.
Ensuring order and delivery details are confirmed with customers.
Ensuring documentation for cash sales are efficiently and accurately processed from quotation to payment.
Handle all customer queries professionally and in line with contact center procedure.
Qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience required:
- One year working experience in a customer contact center processing orders.
- Basic knowledge of the construction industry to understand product applications and customer requirements.
- Computer literacy in MS Office Word and Excel.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Methodical and accurate with good attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- A valid EB (Code 08) driver’s license and own motor vehicle.
