Call Centre Learnerships at Quest

Quest is looking for individuals for a call centre learnership for a fixed 12 months in Cape Town. At the end of the learnership a National Certificate will be obtained. These opportunities are ongoing but the sooner you apply the better your chances.

Requirements:

Credit up to R1000

Must live in Cape Town

Criminal clearance

Must have matric

Rate: R25 p/h (training rate as well, for 2 weeks taking place in Bellville)

Experience

Minimum 3 months customer service experience

12 months (maximum) work experience not more than 12 months

NOT within a previous call centre

Not employed at time of recruitment (available immediately)

NO degrees/ qualifications, unless it’s incomplete

Must be between the age of 18 and 25

Must be able to work rotational shifts

Computer literate

Must be able to commit for 12 months
