Purpose of the role
Actively take part in take-on interventions at employers
Opening of savings accounts by mobile banks
Sell Capitec products and services at take-on
Attend to clients in a fast, friendly, professional manner
Explain product range and conform to Client Service procedures
Effectively address client requirements and questions in a logical and structured manner
Gathering and capturing of documentation
Issuing of ATM cards
Normal transaction functions either at a branch or at employers
To investigate various types of card fraud, using internal and external resources. This includes in depth client interviews after which feedback is provided on the outcome of the claim.
Qualifications:
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
Experience:
Employer Sales experience within the Capitec environment
Knowledge and skills:
Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes
Additional Requirements
Shows continuous high level of energy and participation
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Planning and organising skills
Own cell phone
Ability to travel and work irregular work hours when required
Valid driver’s license
Own transport
Clear criminal and credit record
Must have fingerprints which are detectable / recognisable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
