Purpose of the role Drive sales and business growth at a tactical level by managing a Sales Team within a designated area of responsibility
Qualifications
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce / Management
Experience
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a sales management role at a tactical level
Experience of managing a team of senior sales executives is essential
Knowledge and skills
Established networks and knowledge of the area would be advantages
Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes is advantageous
Knowledge of business climate, economic trends and employers within region
Selling, networking and negotiating skills
Computer Literacy (MS Office)
Planning and organizing skills
Presentation and facilitation skills
Strong people management skills
