Skills and Competencies:

• For developers we prefer you to have competency in a modern development language
• Our stack is pretty conventional:

• Designers, if you are good with Adobe Creative suite, you should be ok – portfolios (ie LINKS) will help a lot

Qualifications:

• We love self taught and/or degreed developers, designers and product people
• What is more important is what does your portfolio look like? Did you build a time travel app? Did you solve a real problem with only an SMS service? Please send your links/apk/github/wireframe/reddit conversation/design – we are looking for heads and hearts, not specific qualifications.
