•Define standards , guidelines and processes ensuring updated process management
•Implement, update and maintain a process library
•Map all business , IT, customer care, training, support and operational processes for all territories and Operations & Customer Care departments
•Redesign existing process to improve efficiencies and remove wastage and bottle necks
•Provide operational support and maintenance
•Provide business systems support and maintenance
•Provide business intelligence support and maintenance
•Assisted in providing working solutions to operational and system problems
•Documented, engineered and maintained business rules and processes
•Provided process management and mapping resources in all operational projects
•Assisted in compiling training material (processes and standards input)
•Reviewed and approved training material and FAQ’s
?Identified Process and Control Improvements across Joint Ventures
?Facilitated standardization of Operational Practices and Processes across Joint Ventures
?Ensured that the Flowcharts of significant Operational Business Processes of all Joint Ventures are Standardized
?Updated Standard Operating Policies and Procedures in Compliance to SOX requirements
?Documented Africa Training Material
?Reviewed and Proposed amendments to all current IBS reports
?Compiled a list of Standard Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports for review by Operations Managers, Finance managers and GM’s
?Assessed the Integrity of Client Data across all Schemas. Initiated Corrective Action and Monitored progress
?Compiled KPI’s for all JV’s to monitor Operational Activities at the various Branches on a Daily, Weekly or Monthly basis.
?Proactively identified Preventative Fraud Strategies or Measures and Ensured these are Distributed on a timely basis to all Business Units
?Assisted with Audit activities as required
