Responsible for all aspects of iStore’s Cellular business interests.
Sales & Marketing:
• Driving sales growth through iStores
• Assist retail and channel partners
• B2B/SME/Corporate business
• Deal structuring, & implementation
• Management of customer database
• Input into Marketing initiatives
• Manage customer service related to cellular processes in iStore & to B2B/SME/Corporate business
• Identify new opportunities for growth
• Understands the target market and demographics
Financial Aspect:
• Negotiating terms with channel partners for supply and distribution of owned products
• Setting of budgets and forecasts
• Working with finance team to ensure timeous payments for owned products
• Tracking of commissions and other revenue streams from network providers
• Analyse and track performance, and identify and implement initiatives to improve
Operational Aspect:
• Manage cellular performance to achieve unit, revenue and profit objectives
• Understanding of operational processes in-store & centrally
• Devise, implement & manage new/improved processes that minimize risk, and maximize results
• Actively engage with all stakeholders in order to achieve business objectives
Relationship Management:
• With Network Providers
• With All Channel Partners
• With the iStore Business and Core Business
Human Resources:
• Manage performance of all people involved in the cellular aspects of the business
• Manage cellular consultants in-store
• Drive incentive schemes for cellular teams
• Ensure training and development of cellular team in conjunction with Core and network providers requirements
