Growth within our company has resulted in a vacancy for a Helpdesk Consultant. The successful candidate will report directly to the Business Development Manager of Channel Mobile.
The position will require the successful candidate to provide technical support to clients. Duties revolve around:
Responsible for responding to client enquiries timeously, effectively and efficiently.
Maximize customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.
Responsible for maintaining the Company’s CRM, Management and Billing system by logging all phone calls, recording client details, updating client information and updating support cases.
Maintain up to date knowledge of all products.
Test products and issues being experienced by clients in order to find solutions or possible causes.
Promote and upsell additional product and services to clients through effective after sales service.
