CHIEF ADMIN CLERK REF NO: 14/VA115/NW
SALARY : R183 438 – R216 084 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to
sign a performance agreement.
CENTRE : Klerksdorp Magistrate Court
REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification; 3 years’ experience in the Court
environment; A valid driver’s license; Supervisory experience; Skills and
competencies: Good communication skills( verbal and written); Computer
literacy(MS Office); Good interpersonal relations; Ability to work under pressure
and to solve problems; Customer service; Documents management and filling.
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Management of Vote Account ( petty cash, Assets,
Budget and payroll); Management of SCM and Fleet management; Render
efficient and effective support t to courts; Management of day to day
maintenance; Monitoring of leave and conduct leave audits; Draft memoranda,
submissions and reports; Monitor submission of statistics to show performance
and trends; Management and maintenance of documents, prescripts, and
records related to functions of the department; Facilitate training and
development of personnel; Monitor the submissions of performance management
documents; Performance of any other duties necessary to ensure smooth office
