CIPLA MEDPRO MANUFACTURING (PTY) LTD, Mobeni , Durban, South Africa currently has the following career opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Production Pharmacist in the Manufacturing Department

Requirements, Qualifications & Experience

• BSC Pharmacy degree
• Registration with the Pharmacy council
• 2-5 years work experience in a Production environment will be advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities

• Effective utilization of resources to keep processes cost effective
• Participates in developing team goals and objectives, by planning resources, equipment and manpower
• Initiate operational action to prioritize shift problems and any deviations that may occur
• Participates and supports the implementation of Best Practices and other continuous improvement initiative
• Monitors quality checks including in-process controls according to SOP, reviews and improves if necessary
• Responsible for Document Procedure Compliance
• Maintain Safety, Health and Environmental Standards
• Resolve IR Issues
• Identify Development/Training Needs of Self and Team
