Appointment Requirements
A three (3) year appropriate tertiary career-related qualification (Degree or National Diploma) or equivalent qualification
Relevant Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant experience in municipal or public service
Computer literate

To render private secretarial assistance to the Executive Mayor regarding political and administrative issues.
Responding and providing information to the client according to the directives
