Job Description

We have a vacancy for an HR Graduate in Training on a 12 months Fixed Term Contract. The person will get exposure in delivering comprehensive professional human resources management services to the organization in line with the organization’s HR Strategy

  •  HR Administration
  •  Learning & Development Support
  •  Supported the execution of Company Employment Equity and Skills Development
  •  Employee Engagement (Culture)
  •  Health & Safety
  •  Corporate Social Responsibility (Sustainability)
  •  Employee Relations Support
  •  HR Information Systems

 

Skills, Experience & Education

  •  Matric and 3 years tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent
  •  At least 1 / 2 years HR experience
  •  Proficiency in English is essential
  •  Good verbal and written communication skills
  •  Performance driven
  •  Ability to maintain high effective levels of customer service
  •  Valid Drivers’ license
  •  Willing to travel
