Coca-Cola Fortune currently seeks a passionate individual with drive and initiative to lead volume, revenue and market share growth in the Mpumalanga region. The position will be based in Bushbuckridge and will report to the Sales Team Leader.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Achieve sales budgets Daily / Monthly / Annually.
Successfully implement marketing plans
Maintain customer information
Conduct surveys
Generate orders and solve customer complaints
Merchandised outlets according to picture of success
Execute promotional activities e.g. POS, pricing, promotions and displays
Report information e.g. competitor activity, monthly pricing survey results
Adhere to sales routines
Ensure RED standard is implemented in all outlets.
Manage company assets in the trade via V-Trac
Skills, Experience & Education
Ideally the candidate should have a National Diploma in Sales / Marketing or other relevant field.
At least 3 years previous experience in FMCG industry and sales environment
The applicant should also be able to communicate effectively, work independently and possess the ability to plan and organize.
Have an unendorsed Code 08 driver’s license.
Must be computer literate
Performance driven
Ability to work without direct supervision
Customer focused
Selling and Marketing skills
Good negotiation skills
