COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER: STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT 2 POSTS
Directorate: Corporate Communications
SALARY : R 183 438 – R216 886 per annum, (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Johannesburg

REQUIREMENTS : The successful candidate should have at least Grade 12 and 1 – 2 years’ work experience in communication environment.

DUTIES : The incumbent will be responsible for: Implement communication strategies by facilitating and co-coordinating a variety of activities. Disseminate internal information to staff, media and other stakeholders. Ensure public access to information. Arrange logistical requirements for media briefings and networking sessions. Maintain a media database.

Provide internal communication and support. Provide an administrative support by arranging all logistics for events and liaise with service providers. Coordinate campaigns, events and exhibitions. Assist with the development and implementation of targeted strategies i.e. Youth Month, Women’s Day etc. draft articles for in-house newsletter. Disseminate internal information to staff, media and other stakeholders.
