Ker & Downey Africa, an adventure travel company that chases exceptional moments for intrepid souls with a luxurious edge, is looking for a confident, ambitious junior concierge administrator to update and maintain client and supplier information, and follow the process to enhance the existing experience of our clients’ LuxVenture™ travel arrangements.

An integral part of your role will include the opportunity to help shape, grow and evolve the sales department. Who knows how you’ll affect the other departments – just one of the benefits of working in a fun, dynamic and agile family.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Book transfers, tours and meet and greet with suppliers
  • Accurately capturing all client details and services for client travelling – KDA operations sheet
  • Assist with telephonic and emailed correspondence with suppliers/stakeholders
  • Assist Adventurists to create itineraries in collaboration with concierge team
  • Assist and maintain final itineraries for clients
  • Compile research for travel documentation for concierge
  • Consistently researching relevant destination and product knowledge
  • Assist the adventurist (sales) department with administration
  • Responsible for taking initiative for understanding travel logistics
