SALARY : R196, 278.00 – R231, 210.00 p.a.
CENTRE : Sekhukhune District: Lebowakgomo

REQUIREMENTS : NQF 6 qualification (degree/national diploma) or equivalent in one or more of
the following fields: Education, Commerce, Consumerism, Public
Management or Marketing. Understanding of Consumer Affairs Act and other
consumer protection laws. One (1) to two (2) years’ working experience.
Understanding of Batho Pele Principles, PFMA and other prescripts
governing public service. Good writing skills. Driver’s license. Computer
literacy.

DUTIES : Arrange Consumer Awareness workshops and road shows throughout the
district. Advice consumers about their rights. Facilitate presentation of
Consumer Awareness workshops. Participate in Consumer Awareness
activities arranged by or co-hosted with other stake holders. Give support to
the Deputy Manager of the district. Submit monthly plans; monthly, quarterly
and annual reports to Head Office. Ability to work beyond normal working
hours.
