Purpose of the Position:

The role will be required to deliver on the Group Human Resources strategy through the development of Change Enablement initiatives. This requires the incumbent to build change enablement capacity throughout the business.

Development of Change Enablement initiatives

Stakeholder Management  

  • Draft and present change enablement proposals
  • Prepare change enablement project plans and inform necessary parties of their responsibilities
  • Build change enablement capacity in the business through the facilitation of sessions with key stakeholders
  • Manage and deliv
    er the change enablement process
  • Enable HR and line manager with the implementation of team effectiveness initiatives
  • Research and recommend best practice tools and approaches to deliver on the Group Human Resources strategy
  • Deliver the key change enablement findings and recommendations through the use of presentations and reports
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to stakeholders
  • Enable HR and line managers to utilise of Organisational Development processes and tools, especially in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, change enablement, values and culture

 

  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with HR Leadership, Business Leadership, wider HR community and Employees
  • Champion and enable effective cross-functional working relationships to create and drive an integrated HR employee experience
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and assist with the identification of project requirements (identifying needs and planning projects and processes)

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR or Industrial Psychology
  • Certificate in project management advantageous

Experience / Skills

  • 5-7 years in Organisational Development (of which 3-5 years’ experience must be in Change Enablement)
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in project management
  • Change enablement methodologies and best practice
  • Organisational Development methodologies and best practice
