Qualifications:

A relevant tertiary qualification BSc / Btech/ NDip Construction Management/Building Science or equivalent

ECSA Registered (Advantage)

 

Skill:

Minimum of 8-10 years relative Construction Management / Building Construction experience with emphasise on HOUSING

Housing background essential

Strong leader and able to work on its own and proven track record thereof

Must have at least 5 YEARS CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT experience (essential)

Have done projects from Inception to Completion, full contracts management on projects

Must be a South African Citizen
