Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

o 4 year BSc Degree or Equivalent NQF level 6 qualification
o Advantage: PM Qualification at NQF level 5

Related Experience:

o 5 years’ multi discipline Contract and Project Management experience

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluation and risk assessment on contract conditions and tender documentation during the tender process phase
• Co-ordination and co-operation with Project Management, and auxiliary during the pre-contract and post-contract life cycle phases of the project
• Provide support to commercial in tender evaluation negotiation and adjudication
• Provides contract administration
• Acts as contract specialist for and on behalf the project Managers
• Provides support and advice on contract dispute resolutions
• Provides advice on the selection of contracting strategies
