3 months fixed term Contract. CTC market related. Jet Park. Call Centre Agent- IT: To provide after sales service to customers and resolve issues and or queries on products and technical support. Qualification: Minimum IT qualification (A+). IT qualification (OSX Support essentials) and a customer service course is preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year in an IT technical support centre. Personal attributes: Professional. Good telephone etiquette.
