Job description
Provide assistance with the initiation of engagement process
Performing financial and tax due diligence review
Performance of valuations for companies and intangible assets
Performance of fairness and fair and reasonable opinions
Performance of purchase price allocations in terms of IFRS3
Review of pro forma financial information
Preparing financial models and reviewing financial models
Assistance in mergers and acquisitions
Previous Corporate Finance experience would be an advantage

Candidate Requirements
Prefer recently Qualified CA(SA)
Analytical ability
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Solving problems using a combination of intuition and analytics and ability to make sound recommendations to clients
Good use of MS Excel, MS Word
Ability to deal with clients including CEOs on a daily basis
Good communicator sound grasp of English
Dedicated and committed and will need to work long hours at times to meet deadlines
Good report writing skills
Good manager of people
