Qualification

Degree / Diploma in Communication

 

Responsibilities

Managing the InsureClaims inbox and InsureComplaints inbox

Emailing and liaising with persons within the business, clients and brokers to finalize and resolve queries and / or complaints

Perform any other related functions requested by Management

Ability to plan, organize and control own work effort

Able to operate in a pressurized environment

Communication – communicates clearly and professionally

Interpersonal skills – relates well to diverse people

Detail orientation – accurately captures or communicates information
